KICERO Uganda: Empowering Lives Through Rehabilitation

In 2011, a group of passionate youth from Kangulumira, Kayunga, came together to form KICERO Uganda, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing rehabilitation services to people with disabilities. With support from Melanie Olorensaw, our hope international and other partners, they set out to make a difference in their community.

Since its inception, KICERO Uganda has been working tirelessly to provide therapy, home adaptations, education, and medical support to children with multiple disabilities. One of their key initiatives is providing epilepsy medication to those in need.

The organization’s impact extends beyond Kayunga, reaching surrounding districts and Uganda at large. KICERO Uganda’s team of dedicated professionals is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

Through their work, KICERO Uganda is:

– Providing therapy and rehabilitation services to children with multiple disabilities

– Supporting families with home adaptations to improve accessibility

– Promoting education and inclusion for children with disabilities

– Offering medical support, including epilepsy medication

KICERO Uganda’s story is a testament to the power of community-driven initiatives and the impact that dedicated individuals can have on the lives of others. Join us and be part of this life changing ministry
